Unhappy *sniff sniff* uh oh *shakes the head*

I went to wal mart, to pharmacy, and they dont have raspirators just like anything else when you realy need it. I had to paint today without the thing. Now i have a strange feeling in lungs and stomach, also my throat hurts

Did you try going to somewhere like HomeDepot or any paint or hardware store?
Otherwise, I have never had that feeling....

hmm...did you have a window open?? i never use a mask, but i always make sure i'm either in a big room, outside, or have a window open, and usually the only weird feeling i get is SOMETIMES i'll feel a bit dizzy, but that's rare.

That's why you should NEVER EVER spray in your room! The effects of lacquer solvents on the human body isn't well documented, who knows what kind of problems you could be facing in ten, twenty years down the road.
