Is my speedometer off?

ok, I have a teg ls engine, as you all know... And I was wonder if my speddo will be off at all ince i have a diff tranny? I have 13" gay stock rims and all. Will it be off?

my friend in absolute imports have the same setup and he told me that he doesnt have any guage problems...he told me as long as you are using the ls ecu it should be fine

yeah, I don't think the speedometer would be off, and if it was it would be so slight that you wouldn't really notice too much.

W 13's I couldn't see it being thrown off but if you maybe had like 17/18's that migth be diff...

So I would say if the speedo is off then I would say another source is causeing it to me off if anything.

Get a friend with a car and find a 2 lane road... tell him to cruise at the speed limit, and check your speedo... sure its not totally accurate, but if you tell him to cruise at 40, and your speedo is showing 35 or 45.... time to get it recalibrated!
