Tamiya Cement and Clear Plastics

Does anyone know if Tamiya Cement fogs or clouds clear plastic.

No, it doesn't fog, but it melts plastic, and the bonding surface, where glue is applied won't look so good. To glue clear parts, I recommend using purpose-made clear glue.

but sometimes i use elmer's glue.
