Honda has already made B18b powered versions of of the 4th and 5th gen Integra coupes and Sedans in Japan.
The sedans are not that rare, but not that special either, the extra weight combined with the non-VTEC B18b makes them a little sluggish.
I have however seen one B18c powered AWD Coupe. Rare car, and I should imagine quite quick.


Doing the swap to a FWD Integra would be a major operation.
You would need to cut out most the floor plan, and either replace it with the floor from a CRV, or HRV in order to get a Transmission tunnel, and mounts for the rear diff.
