I am planning on having this car for as long as possible. Could someone tell me the gas mileage on one of these. I also hear that they get 0-60 mph time of about 9.2. Does this sound right? Any problems inparticular that I should look for when shopping? Are there any exs with special pachages or anything to look for? And although very far down the road, I am planning on super or turbo charging but I am wondering if I can just slap one on without any other mods or would that be too much for the engine? What does forced induction do for gas mileage and reliability?
I know its a lot of questions but I am new to all this.
Thanks in Advance

I have a recently bought Civic EX '95. For 5500, you could get a '93 if you goto the right place and shuck the warrenty. (If you are going to tune it, forget a warrenty anyhow) About 200,000 miles is too much for buying a Civic, although they can last well over 300,000. Gas mileage about 28 city, 32 highway, for a slightly used (100,000 miles) civic. my 0-60 time is 9.1 sec, so yeah, about there. Look for car history, try carfax.com to see if whatever car you are getting has a clean title (get VIN # from the car first). As for the Foced Induction, can't say as I havn't gotten mine yet

and probably won't for quite some time, but I suspect your fuel economy would hurt from it.
oh yeah, see if you can get ABS, most its just an option on.
Hope that helps
