Yeah, that's just discouraging. Maybe you should have bought a "good" car like a Toyota or Honda (so you could have had at least two by now).

I think you might have recovered your investment at this point. Putting a little money into it after 350K+ miles is probably not the worst thing, but be careful about how deep you invest. If everything else is that old, it might be a cascade.

Still, it's worth the cost of a radiator just to see how far she'll go.

I have a few of that vintage that have enough miles to make a trip to the moon and are still getting along, but your mileage is encouraging.
