The material i used for the frames is some sort of renshape.
We need it at work and i used the waste material that is too small for the work.
And i also got access to a lot of machines for sanding and cutting stuff.

The green silicon was my first experience with that material,but it work very well.
I bought it from http://www.trollfactory.de/TFC-Silik...11-NV-2kg.html in Germany.

It got a shore hardness from 35 after 24 hours.
I think it could get a bit harder,but i dont find a silicon thats cheap enough at this range.

I seen this video at you-tube before,and my first mold was made like this.


The problem is the correct shape after the resin is put in it.The mold is so soft that you easily can deform it.I need a lot of putty and sanding work to bring it in the correct shape back again.
So i searched for other methods.
