No a car like that can have many problems and you don't want to buy a car that you cant drive because of problems. If you want a camaro with that body style in that year or around that year then look on craigslist or bay for one that you can compare it to. If i were you i would take a look and look at certain spots in the car. Look under the driver and passenger floor mats in the wheel wells and in the trunk if there are any holes you don't want it. If it runs and you can have a mechanic look at it to make sure its not going to die in a couple days. I wouldn't buy it but if it runs and is what you want go for it.
