As stated you can use the engine cradle, lower control arms, and pinch welds (if they arent rusted like mine). I usually go on the frame more towards the center on each side when jacking up, and the put jack stands on the pinch welds. Just becarefull for things like fuel and brake lines. and chock the back wheels. You will be fine.
