Around 1 ohm or less if I recall properly but don't quote me on it. I'd have to pull mine and ohm it out. What resistance are you getting?

Basically when the PCM activates the fuel pump speed control relay putting the resistor in the circuit you get a voltage drop proportional to dropping fuel pressure to around 47-41 psi. With no speed control you will get 48-55 psi which is needed for starting, higher boost conditions or WOT. Obviously a full 12 volts at the fuel pump will give the highest fuel pressure reading.
