is it a whistling noise?
a grinding noise?
a clunking noise?
Just look under the wheel well at the side you think its coming from, and check to see if anything under there is rubbed clean.
In the wheel wells, everything basically collects dirt and dust, if something is touching, it'll be the only spot thats clean in the whole dirty wheel well.
