How do those help keep the rear from grinding? Mines got the same problem. Got some 18's with 275's on em and every time I turn a corner all you hear is a screech. I'm guessing mine doesnt have them either, because I've never seen anything like those on that website on the rear of my car. I have seen a place that looks to be where they would go. They keep the rear axle from hitting the frame in a full jounce condition (called a jounce bumper) (when you land your car and all the weight of the car + momentum push down on the body). does anyone know if they are even necessary on this car? Summit doesn't show them for my year ... doesn't mean they don't have it though.
The turning issue you have is front tire hitting the inside wheel well or power steering pump whine, or bad rack & pinion, check out the inside of your front tire, sounds like it will show wear, if there is nothing there then check your power steering fluid, look at the rack & pinion (what turns the front wheels) for leakage (mines about shot too).
