b18c5 + tranny + stuff: $4500
HASport mounts, axels, linkage, hydro to cable conversion: $1250-ish
not required but helps:
z10 traction bar $500-ish
recommend to run obd-1 which depends on if you just run an obd-1 ecu or chipped p28 + conversion harness $150
don't forget to budget in labor. which depends on your local market. w00t! i'm owner of a swap shop so we did it ourselves
you can use other mounts than HASport. however, other mounts such as AVID sit the engine a little lower. which is great for a b16 as you need the hood clearance. i don't suggest that with a c5 as the engine is naturally bigger/lower. HASport is just about the only mount that will seat the engine high enough to not rip a hole in the oil pan.
