Well, it's actually alot easier if you just buy this little wiring harness to install aftermarket stereos:

Then you won't have to cut a single wire. And if you ever decide to put the stock radio back in, to perhaps sell the car, then all you have to do is disconnect the wiring harness and reconnect the stock radio back up. Just alot cleaner and easier to do IMO. And since you have to buy an antenna adapter, then why not get one of those too.
