If you are getting at PT, I would recommend getting the turbo!

Then, for the intake, get the VAK system from Adam at Prototypepower.com, tell him Natasha sent you and he'll take good care of you.

Then, for exhaust, that is more of a personal choice due to sound quality. Any exhaust upgrade will improve performance, but some systems are louder than others. Mopar's exhaust is basically a Borla system, and fairly loud. I've heard the same about the Flowmaster exhaust.

If you want quieter, try the BTG system from PT Tuning. They have a complete turbo-back system that is not cheap, but very good quality, great, deep sound, not too loud, and does give you a performance increase, especially at the high end.

You can do the same thing for a non-turbo, but you won't see the performance gains. Really, there is no comparison between the turbo and non-turbo, if you want performance, go with the turbo. If you are mainly into style, go with the non-turbo and use the money you save on other goodies for the car.
