What is this connector?

I'm attempting to self-diagnose a rear ABS problem (dash light always on) and am traying to get the trouble codes.
My Haynes manual says to 'ground the diagnostic terminal located on the floor in the cab'. I searched high and low for this mysterious terminal and this picture is what I found. It's located under the driver's side kick panel. http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c1...e/diagport.jpg

Am I even close?

Any suggestions?
(if this link doesn't work, the connector is this small white two-pin with 2 blue and 2 yellow wires)

Thanks. Tom B. ('97 Rodeo)
