I hope you are still there... I have all your answers here. Ready? If you can't do it yourself have someone take the gutts out of the distributor of the 95 civic and put them into the distributor housing of the B18.
The reason for this is the 91 acura is OBD0 and the 95 civic is OBD1. if you do this you would be able to use the same wire harness from the civic. I know because I just got miny identical swap running yesturday
