What he said but to simplfy it a lil.....

The second number is aspect ratio wit is a function of width. So if the width increased but and the aspect ratio stayed the same your tire height would increase....

So to keep the same height as now and keep your speedo readings correct etc.., you may have to change aspect ratio depending on how wide you go. Also note this often will be just finding numbers close but not exact there is a lot of close enough is ok when dealing wit tires and speedo readings.
