A resonator might help. You should make sure your car is running right too. I had the same issue, but not really a lawnmower sound, just really loud with header and full exhaust as well as other stuff. The resonator wouldn't fit with my big high flow cat that was custom fitted cuz the short shifter sits right there so I had it welded behind the linkage before the bend. It works great to balance out the sound like a true cat-back. Anyway, it looks like a mini glasspack... and when it's in place looks like a bubble in your piping...
