I do believe Geico has a policy of the first 3 incidents (that are not your fault) do not raise your insurance rates. But don't quote me on that cause I am not too sure. Repainting the whole side of the car would be not cheap. I would suggest you also repost this question in the
Car Detailing section where there are alot of experts in repainting/restoring cars can tell you how much it would be approx.
BTW, Even though you are specifying an accent being keyed, I'll leave it in this section instead of moving it to the accent section.
