Just keep changing the oil until it's dry, unless the head job was flawed. You could try puting some SeaFoam in the oil, I'm thinking it absorbs water, but I don't remember if I read that on the can or if someone told me that. From reading your other post (about the leaking antifreeze) and this one, I'd say the head gaskets could have been damaged or the heads/block were warped which could cause leaking, both internal and external.
