First.. How did your whole exhaust just "fall" to the ground? You must of been high centering that thing a lot..
Anywho- I replaced my battery/plugs and all of the problems went away.
Try the battery.
All the o2 sensor would do is be a cheap way to get more fuel dumped into your car. That's what most of those "30 dollar horse power gains" really are. They just fool your ECU into thinking "Hey my air/fuel mixture is very lean so.. more fuel!"
