Holley Question.

This is a question about a 600CFM Holley 4150 with vacuum secondaries. I have a Camaro with a 350 pushing about 10:1 compression, a dual plane manifold, a new crane cam, a 2500+ stall converter, redone TH350 tranny with a shift kit, and 3.73:1 rear end ratio. I was wondering what spring color I should use for the secondaries? I currently have the purple spring in there, but I have been using that same spring since I had the low compression heads, old cam, and 2.73 gears in the back. Now that I have the low rear end gears could I go all the way up to a white spring, the short yellow spring, or the long yellow spring? Any other info that I should know about the carb would be useful too. I know my way around carbs. I was just curious if I could get more ball park before having to go through all the different settings and having to go drive the car to see the results.
