Windows paint?? ewww.. In your other post you mentioned you had PS CS.. Cant CS do that? Please tell me it aint so! (have ps 7 here)
Wish I could help, but if you can only distort skew wheels with paint and CS wount then I dont know what to say.. CS cant be that weak!
Lasso somthing in CS and Hit ctrl + T,, You SHOULD be able to do anything you want with it besides makin it 3d.
Use right mouse button for the options..
