yep, on a hoist

i'm sure it's doable on jack stands tho, just need a chain wrench to wrap around the pulley to stop it from moving, and a 1/2" breaker bar, spray some penetrating lube on it an hour in advance and torque on her hehe, should come off

before i put my LS into my hatch i took the bolt out to change the timing belt and such, so it wasn't so tight on it when i needed to take it off again, here's a pic of when i had it on the bench tho.. sometimes they can be a pain you just gotta keep workin at it
