No, those numbers are at the wheel horsepower and torque, rather than flywheel power. Wheel horsepower is about 15% less ( i think it varies a lot depending on your setup too, wheels, alignment, etc...). So i'm about 160-165hp and 150-155ft.lbs to the flywheel. I'm up about 20-25hp and 18-23ft.lbs of torque from stock
These are all guesstimations of course.
