The roof was sandblasted to get rid of every spec of rust. The quarters I used chemical stripper on and that took like 98% off the paint off. The rest I sanded off with 220 and a DA. All the plastic you can use the chemical stripper but can be a little dangerous on plastic like bumpers etc..,

Since on mine the paint stuck well on the plastic and wasn't peeling or cracking showing bad adhesion to the plastic. I just quickly 220 DA the rubber stuff cause thta's all it needs. I'm priming the whole car in PPG DP primer which is an epoxy filler primer so you can be a lil lazy on plastic and rubber parts.

Edit: Not postive about the paint scheme yet... Sticking with a shade of blue so I can just blend to the door jambs and such. Thinking some HOK candy blue shade with Ghost Boss style stripes with silver pearl ghost flames in the Boss stripes. If you can picture what i'm saying?
