I have a 1997 ford tuares GL wagon. soon after i bought it the passenger side brakes would seize and refuse ti disengage. this only happened occasionally. the brake would vibrate and feel a bit squishy. once snow started to fall i noticed that when i hit the brake in snowfall the vibrate squish would happen every time. so i figured ABS problem right? nope. i removed the abs fuse and thought the problem had gone away. now its back and with a vengeance. it has now moved over to the driver side wheel (at least once) but never both wheels. here is what i have done to try and remedy the problem.
new calipers?---yep,twice
new rotors and pads?--oh ya you betcha!
bled them?---like a stuck pig i did.
checked for kinks?----did not find any
i hear the master cylinder might be the problem. but most everyone i talk to says it would have the opposite effect. (low pressure) what could cause the brake fluid back flow problem?
anyone? anyone?
