My 2000 Caravan had an intermitant problem with the blower not working at times. I replaced the resistor block and the pig tail plug and found I still have the same problem. When the blower would quit, I unpluged the connection to the harness behind the glove box and did a circuit test on the power feeding the plug. I found that it was hot to the plug. The problem was the blower itself. It would run hot and cut out. Thank you Chrysler engeneers for providing an access lid (door) inthe bottom of the blower case. It's a 20 min. job to change it. The parts houses wanted 60 bucks for a new one. But then you have to change over a bunch of parts off your old one. Not too easy. Some of the new ones had differnt size shaft and the squirel cage would not of fit. Instead, I got a used one out of the bone yard for 15 bucks and it works great! Thanks for all the info from the forum it was very helpful. Thanks!
