Hey im having the same problem you did with your crysler n replaced the fuses and relay twice to no avail. If its not too much trouble could you let me know where the cable was that you found disconnected? Me and my gf and dog live in our 95 crysler concord and i really dont need to be pulled over cuz my stupud flashers dont work.
