I just had my exedy clutch put in by AAMCO and damn its grabby :) but the problem is that before my clutch pedal was nice adn tight, but now it takes almost nothing to push it in, what could this be?

Give it time for the pressure plate to get broken in. Make sure that you break the clutch in properly. No hard shifts or hard driving for the first 500 miles. I wouldn't shift above 3,000 rpm's for at least 500 miles or the clutch won't last as long as it should.

so when the plate gets broken in the pedal gets stiffer? i hope so, but i know i need to tighten the cable b/c i got a bunch of play in the pedal before it actually hits the clutch, how do i tighten that?

Adjust the cable where it goes to the"arm" on the tranny. There is a little adjuster and you turn it accordingly. Leave at least 1 inch of freeplay.
