Detailing chassis and body…
And well, after a long pause I’m back with the last installment of this build, but first, thank you Entau, Stuart, bri g, Tom, Bill, 91p10nizmo, Stevenski, Justin, Roberto, Emil, Olivier, Dadimix, rollin80s, sbvwfanatic, cjsbosox, Cesar, Chuck, Dennis, joegtr, ben_gsr2s, gtziaf, Ashley, stevetam, lim., Style Model 27 and Kamil for your very nice words!!
And a big Thank You! for showing us mere mortal modelers what can be done, when you really know what you want and have the skill to do it!Thank you!! But more than that, PATIENCE is what you really need; to do things as many times as you need until they result as they should, the rest comes along…
Believe me, after trying something more than 5 times, you really learn something…
I hope you don't mind, I want to share your thread w/some model builders/fans over in the vwvortex site. Thanks for inspiring me to build this weekend...No problem, and I’m glad I helped.
Hola Ramon, espero que todo te fue bien con el vuelo.
It was a pleasure to meet you Ramon and hope to see more of your worlk in the future.Thank you! Everything was great, this was one of those trips where everything goes perfect!! The only thing I regret is that I didn’t have enough time to take enough pics and chat with everybody, I’ll be there earlier next year!
just wondering..
how much did you spent for entire built?I really don’t know, I started this car more than 2 years ago, but since then a lot of things happened, I moved from the US to Mexico, started another kit, stopped building for awhile, etc, may be 11 to 12 months effective work. I build very slowly anyway.
Im dying to know what your plans are for your next build?Ferrari 430 Challenge cup (quick build out of the box, at least I’ll try) and then a detailed Ferrari 430 Scuderia.

Hello Ramon
I followed this thread from the beginning and i must say that this is not a regular build, of course that you have many tools but this is not enough if you don´t know how to use these tools and you definetely know how to use.. it´s a leasson on how to build an AMAZING model.
Congratulations and thank you for sharing all your knowledge i learned a lot.
