clock on 02 radio resets to 12:00 when car starts

I have a 2002 LS and every time that I turn the car off the radio resets to 12:00. The car had been sitting for over 8 hours when it happened.

Check for the feed fuses.

Is your battery Low?
This will happen when starting with a low battery.
But it would have to be low enough that you would notice the slower cranking speed.
