Hi there,
I have a 1999 windstar 3.8 and I need to replace the front wheel hub assembly. I was wondering if anyone knows the brand of hub assembly that ford uses since motorcraft does not make the hub assembly. On rockauto i see timken, national, and SKF. Does anyone know if one of these brand names is oem?? OR does anyone have a part number for an OEM hub assembly.
Thanks

There are several OE part numbers for second-generation Winnie hubs. Motorcraft-brand front hubs are available but you must purchase them in pairs, and they are comparatively expensive. Not sure which contract manufacturer builds them, and if said manufacturer also supplies other brands.
