short of a leak with the heater hose......cross-over pipe.....it sounds like a leaking lower intake manifold gasket.

you are dead on .when started in am to warm up i watched the anti freeze seeping through. it doesnt seem to leak after warmup. would this turn into a major problem if i wait for warmer weather to do. it looks like a pita to do .also will i have to redoe isolator bolts again[ new gaskets and bolts] t k

It is anyone's guess if it will develop into a more serious problem.
You can SEE it leaking external......However, you don't know if it is leaking internal.....into the intake....and be drawn into a cylinder, or into the crankcase.....getting into the oil.
One other thing that can happen......if it leaks OUT externally.......it is possible that air could be drawn INTO the cooling system during the cooling phase......and cause a air bubble to cause the motor to overheat.
So.....in short......IF you drive it.....keep an eye on the temperature gauge.......for the air issue or low coolant.......and you STILL don't know if it is leaking INTO the crankcase.
Too much coolant into the oil.....and you will damage the bearings......major $$$ repair.
So.....in short you may or may not be safe to drive the vehicle.
