Blower Motor Relay

I burned out my second one in under 2 weeks. it is stuck on about a medium speed setting and doesn't shut off with the ignition. I have to pull it out to shut off the fan. this one was brand new, still under warranty, i'm going to return it tonight and try again.

Is there something I can look into that would be causing the BMR to crap out?

Look at the connector to it make sure it is not burnt or overheated inside, if so you will need the repair kit for the connector as well. This advice pertains to the later model cars, I assume that is the case, in the future post the year.
