Valve cover replacement

Hi Guys. I was reading up on some stuff and I wondered if any one knows if I could get Ford to replace the problem valve cover in the intake manifold bolts problem. I changed out all the stuff at my cost, except the valve cover. Changing the bolts and doing the rest of the items, solved my problem, but I think that the valve cover might be covered. What do you think? Has anyone gone this route?

I have not read anything about FORD paying for the repair......it was discussed in a TSB which is NOT a recall, like the brake pressure switch finally became.
For this reason, I would not be optomistic about FORD doing it for free.....parts or labor.
