I have a 2000 Windstar and about a month ago the passenger side power window quit working. Two days ago the drivers side quit working. Where do I need to start looking?

As I have a '96, my fuse numbers may not be the same.....
However, your owner's manual should list them
On my '96, EACH front door window has its OWN fuse.
I would check both of these fuses, then, if that is not the issue, you will need to do some probing with a multimeter (voltmeter).

One thing that I have had happen to both front doors is the rearward most slide rail....that the window glass rides in....broke off.
There are a couple of spot welds that broke.......so the slide rail was laying in the bottom of the door.
A replacement can be found at your local FORD dealer.....not real expensive and the unit is held in place by a couple of bolts.

The window buttons in the door have several circuits.......1 is for the light bulb inside to illuminate the switch, the other is the voltage to drive the window motor.

I have replaced the window motor/gear on the passenger side.
I have pictures posted in the pictures that the link in my signature takes you to that show this.
I also have pictures posted that show how to remove the inner door trim panel.

It is also possible that your windows are just sticking......some lubrication might help with that.
I have a small bottle of some Motorcraft stuff called "Mini-Vent Window Lube" that is super slippery.
I got this at a FORD dealership.
