1992 SL good buy?

1992 Saturn SL
5 speed manual
176,000 miles
exterior in good condition, runs good, cracked windshield
price = $695

I was thinking about picking this up just to dink around with as a cheap car but is it worth the hassle or should I keep my $700 for a rainy day?

The windshield is about half the price of the car and hard to find let along someone who knows how to put it in.

Move on.
