Type of plugs?
Anything but NGK Coppers can give you a no start situation.

Have you checked your ignition module?

no did not check ignition module yet but air is coming out of the intake manfold not being sucked in when cranking is this a sign of out of timming?when trying to take of crank case pulley was holding one cam so the pulley won't move but the other cam turned not a full rotation i think, but we stop short of pulling chrank case cover off because it was the valve cover gasket leaking not the head so the timming chain was never taken off... but to i have a timming issue?

What? Please use at least a period and some sort of proper sentences.
There is no crank case.
You should NOT be able to turn the cams individually.
Do a compression test to verify timing. If the timing is off, you will need a new engine as these are interference engines.

we did test for compression and it was around the 150.

For what cylinder?
What are the compression numbers for each cylinder?

we checked cylinder 1 and 3 were 150 did not check the 2 and 4, because i did have a shop check and told me all 4 were fine when they had the car about a week ago

Did you check the TDC alignment marks with the alignment pin holes?

only the marks i can see were lined up, the only marks i could see were the ones on the top camshaft sprockets and on the chrankshaft pulley. i could not see the bottom sprocket because the cover or chain was not removed. but trying to get the crankshaft pulley off i held one camshaft so the pulley would not move and the other camshaft moved not the camshaft sprockets or chain just the camshaft it rotated maybe half or a little more. i did turn the rotate the crankkshaft by hand and got no resistance it turned fine no noise or anything.

the other camshaft moved not the camshaft sprockets or chain just the camshaft
This suggest the cam shaft sprocket and Cam shaft are not connected. The bolt holding it may be loose somehow.
i did turn the rotate the crankkshaft by hand and got no resistance it turned fine no noise or anything.
You should not be able to turn the crankshaft by hand with 150PSI in 2 cylinders.
A new compression test is needed.

OK, air is coming out from the intake manifold??? in the back where the firewall is, you will find the intake manifold and front of the car close to the radiator is the exhaust manifold, right?? but if you was able to rotate one of the cams freely, that is not a good sign either.
in that case, the main bearing caps feel off from your pistons, that is the only reason that you can rotate one of the cams.

I have a 95 saturn.
Problem:won't start.
Have: good gas, good spark, and all the sparks plugs wet with gas.
replace all the sensors, can't solve the problem. still the same.
solution to the problem: after replace the coil pack, car start and is running like new.
