you use a 120v welder on low power, you use Fiberglass first 1 or 2 layers to hold every think together well then you use bondo to flush it out then sand it out then prime it epoxy putty it then sand it out then primer it again, you wet sand alot. oh yeah for the door handles you uses 7-12 layers of fiberglass, You weld a piece of sheet metal to replace the door handle before fiber glassing it you weld it in place

I love the shaved look (hehe), but they will not let you drag if you have no door handles. The street is a different story....

yeah thats true, in case of an accident the rescue workers need a quick way into your car, so no trips to englishtown for you brian.

nah ... the law says that you have to have one ... it doesnt say anything about your light being bright... Just like it doesnt say anything about it being clean either!

Hey CRXCE -

The first side really does look good. 1 Question tho - actually 2, but anyways, When you welded the sheet metal on, you welded it to the outside of the door ? just wonderin cus i dont know if that would have you to use more fiberglass layers to make the rest of the door flush w/sheet metal, i jus thought if you did it from inside.. ( if you even can get to handles from there somehow ) it would leave you w/less work - i dunno tho

and question 2 , the kit you bought for the doors to unlock/open what kit is it and where u get it ? how much ?

thanks for any info -
