97 3.8, windows constantly fog up with defrost on, it is blowing lots of hot air, cant find no drain hole if it is plugged

Check the carpet below the heater on the passenger side for wetness. May have a heater core leaking coolant. This is what's causing the defroster to fog up. The drain for the A/C evaporator condensation is not really the problem.
