WARNING: Removing upper plenum on '99

I started to work on the cleaning Windy's EGR ports. While removing the upper plenum bolts I came across two that were a little difficult. The corrosion on the threads is apparently stronger than the adhesion of the insert in the lower plenum flange. Now the insert is spinning and the bolt is not coming out. What's worse is now the two bolts are just slightly loose and if I put the others back in I will likely not get a good seal. Vacuum leak!!
SO!!!!. If you are contemplating this job please be sure to treat the threads with a generous dose of PB Blaster first. I am up a creek without a paddle at the moment. Don't let this happen to you.
