crazy door locks/horn where is door lock processor

driving for an hour, all of a sudden the door locks are cycling up/down, then horn starts blowing. I pull some fuses to get home. put all but the horn fuse back in, no cruise control. now Door locks almost behave normal, they do not lock/unlock after starting/stopping ignition. they cycle by themselves sometimes. Manual shows a Door lock processor module and not the GEM is resposible for most of this activity, manual just says behind the Instrument panel, so far I cannot find it. anyone know where it is? I also don't see how to get to the GEM, so help there too
