Is there a fuse that I can replace to get the odometer and trip readings to come back on?

I'M VERY SUPRISED TO SEE THIS NOW...
this was usually found back in 1996-1998....

your problem is the resistors where not soldered correctly on / in the odometer...removal of the odometer and using a low wattage soldering iron re-solder these resistors which are on the back of this odometer panel..easy to remove //access to resistors is visable on odo removal..

my odometer went out in 1997...dealer said it would take a week and the registry of motor vehicles ,,would be notified because of the mileage being differentchanged..they don't repair these componets and are sent out of the dealer ship..

back in the day when this was a new vehicle ,,the impala SS club had larger wattage resistors to install,,,this is not necessary,,,jose did a piss poor solder job...thats it..

you dont have to RE soder anything .. (maybe) ..
take the dash cluster completly apart remove the Display chip.
Clean the entire assembly with 100 % pure rubbing alcohol..
clean it well But rub EXTREMELY LIGHT !!!!! . if you RUB to hard you Just F@@ed it up..
I used a Q-tip to clean All the connections...
Put it back together .. It should work AGAIN.. if NOT do it Again..
