Shakey/Hard to Start

I own a 1998 SC1 that so far has cost me 1100 to safety and a new engine. My problem is now the car on start shakes unbelievably and is incredibly hard to start it also revs at high speeds changing geers and the only time it idles fine is at neutral. It catches and immediately stalls out. I changed the plugs and wires sprayed throttle cleaner on the body what else do I need to check and or replace. I'd cut my losses but I have too much $$ into this pit

Check your throttle position sensor and install a new fuel filter and see if that helps ?

You need to remove the throttle body and clean it that way. Remove the IAC motor and clean the pintle and the bore it goes into.

What is safe to use for cleaning the pintle ? Brake cleaner , throttle body cleaner or...?

Carb cleaner is fine.
Replace your ECTS.
Your fuel filter is good for 100K.
A new top engine mount may be that cause of the vibrations felt in the car

I kinda suspected the TPS we had an old ford that did the same thing minus the shaking. I really don't think its the motor mounts when we put the new engine in suprisingly not alot of rust under there. I think the shaking has to do with the stalling/starting issue. We will chage out the tps and the clean the iac. The gas milage has been horrid since this started.
