01 Impala will not shift into 2nd gear

Today after a normal drive, after taking off at a green light my impala would not shift into 2nd gear. I tried changing gears manually and I could not get it out of 1st. I tried changing gears with the WOT and it still does not shift to 2nd. The trans fluid is fine and the CAT converter does not seem to be plugged up. Any advice?

No Cel or anything? take it to a shop, 1-2 Solenoid Might have failed, etc.
