2002 LS200: Transmission Leak

Auto is a 2002 LS200, 2.2L, Auto trans.
Recently noticed a leak of Transmission fluid below connections to Radiator's transmission cooler. Noted 'drips' of fluid under BOTTOM bolt of the two there and metal hose-connector where hoses met the outside of the Radiator. I noted that the bolt-head has an odd shoulder structure: looks like a reverse-torq bolt: long shoulders, not short like most bolt-heads. I found a socket that would reach around the shoulder and tried to tighten the bolt. It seemed very tight; wouldn't turn, so I let it be. When auto was moved 4 days later, again, a drip-pool of fluid.
Car is parked nose-up on an inclined driveway. Spouse drives it every other day to her work, 34 miles round trip. I drove it to my work, 26 miles roundtrip, parked on level lot, didn't notice any drips at the end of my work-day.
Is there an o-ring or some-such that may be deteriorating at the end of that connector hose? Is there an idiosyncracy of this model that the cooler gets blocked and causes a pressure back-up that causes a 'squirt' out of the weakest point/connector joint?
