Help! Sc2 Rad Fan not running

Since I got my Sc2 the fan has not worked as far as I know. In hot weather I always have to keep my eye on the engine temp, especially if I'm running the A/C or not moving for a while. Last week I checked the fan motor and it does work, i know that much, and i switched out the relay too, still nothing. I really don't know where else to check, what else could stop it from coming on???

Change your ECTS. This control fans operations.
