Might try replacing or repairing your flasher module.

Which fuse is blowing? There are several. One fuse goes to B+ power at the flasher, the other to the sockets and ABS. If it's the later you could try disconnecting the ABS controller and see if the short disappears. All the sockets look good? Any work done just prior to this starting?

The eemergency flasher fuse in the power distribution center.Work prior to this problem consisted of replacing the evaporator core.
